Fair and Balanced? Fox News Gives Republicans $1 Million

Pesky things, those open-government transparency initiatives. Put your records online, and who knows what those pesky citizens will find? Well, for one thing, we can discover that Fox News gave the Republican Governors Associate a cool $1 million for political purposes. No bias there, right?

Here's the link to the IRS form where the Repubs had to report it. And here's the link to the longer story on Daily Kos. The poster, News Corpse, also tracked down the Dem Gov form, and guess how much good old Rupert "I don't give a shit about journalism" Murdoch gave to the Dems? Nada. Zilch.

So, for anyone who still believes that Faux News is anything but a shill for the right wing -- talk to the hand form.
